Refund Policy

1. If you are eligible for discount, please provide a valid document while entering. If not, you will have to purchase an adult ticket.
2. Once you enter Taipei Zoo, no refunds are available. For re-entry, please put a stamp on your hand at the exit.
3. Unused tickets can only be refunded before 4:00pm on the day of your visit.
4. No refund will be issued if the ticket is lost, damaged, burned, ripped, or in any other unrecognizable form.
5. If your ticket was purchased through “online ticket” on the website, please call (03)5910052 or contact online customer service through ticketing page for assistance.
